For more than 20 years, our assisted living has been a Christian ministry rooted in serving those needing additional assistance with their everyday activities. Rate & Room Sizes:
Effective January 1, 2024, our Assisted Living Community rates will be:
Small Studio (323 sq. ft.)
$ 2,900
Medium Studio (422 sq. ft.)
$ 3,100
Large Studio (483 sq. ft.)
$ 3,400
Help with bathing/dressing will be an additional $250.00 per month, and incontinence care will be an additional $250.00 per month. A call-light pendant fee will be $100.00 upon entrance. (If a call-light pendant is lost, there is a $100.00 charge). If a married couple wishes to stay in the same room, the cost is $1,000 for the second person. There is no move-in or community fee.
